The DEI council builds ongoing programming to foster better understanding across our diverse employees. This includes educational sessions, bystander training and safe space discussions to foster inclusion and belonging. We partner with the culture team as well as our marketing department to work cross-functionally to highlight global holidays and events and shine a spotlight on our varied employee experiences and histories.
The DEI council celebrates our diverse workforce and works to foster better understanding across the organization. Recently we have hosted panels for Black History Month, Women’s History Month, and are excited to celebrate Gay Pride and Juneteenth.
The DEI Council aims to bring out the best in every employee so that we can collectively make an impact in the industry through our energy and talent. To do so, we’ve created formal structures to ensure every employee at DV can create ideas and provide feedback directly to the DEI council.
DV is a data-driven company built on transparency — we are taking that same approach to DEI. We are actively working on measures and metrics to help us understand our progress and focus our efforts.
